At the Department of Fine Arts & Design in Salzburg, students develop an artistic and creative voice through the study of craft, design, art and material culture. Students will analyse the concepts of image, object, space and media, with theory and pedagogy courses rounding off their teacher training in either Visual Arts or Design: Technology.Textiles. Graduates are qualified to teach in schools or extra-curricular settings.

    House of Nice 

    In the summer semester of 2024, students studying design: technology.textiles developed the ‘House of Nice’ – a conceptual pop-up store that uses handmade products to open up individual perspectives on the theme of time. The bachelor's students developed, designed and produced products and presented them in the form of a perspective shop.
