All students, teachers and employees of the Mozarteum University Salzburg can take advantage of the services offered by the counselling centre. These include: counselling, psychological/psychotherapeutic consultations, stress relief consultations, emergency psychological consultations, crisis intervention, conflict coaching and mediation. 

The confidential advice centre operates as an external, independent point of contact and is anonymous and confidential.

The clearing house can be contacted if you intend to file a complaint in order to jointly plan conflict resolution processes. The clearing house is an impartial ‘sorting office’ that finds the appropriate support structure and involves it in the process.
