The Mozarteum University is participating in a Europe-wide music and research project on the theme of latency: ‘Europasinfonie’ marks the launch of a large-scale research project co-funded by the EU that combines digital technology and classical music in new ways. At 12 different locations, musicians will perform together simultaneously in a networked symphony orchestra and choir – thereby overcoming physical distance. Compositions for the project can be submitted until 31 July.
