In a cross-generational project, the students of the Orff Institute developed a lively network of shared experiences together with students and teachers of the elementary school Aigen, the association Orchesterprojekt, the percussionist Gerhard Laber, the composer Angelà Tröndle, and the dancers Martha Prosser and Alexandra Eibner.

How can (physical) boundaries be overcome? What has the body not yet learnt? An experimental research & co-operation project on the modification of bodies & their limits from Gestaltung: Technik.Textil with the Bauhaus Dessau Foundation.

Textiles, with their many inherent stories, are an expression of our identity. They are a reflection of social structures and community identities. They are mediators between the individual and the community. As clothing for the body, space and objects, they provide information about cultural and social everyday life.

"Image+ Platform for Open Art Education" is an Austrian image and image research platform to improve the quality of teaching. Image+ will offer teachers at the participating universities as well as research institutions, artists, art teachers a comprehensive stock of high-quality digital image reproductions of artistic works, enriched with high-quality metadata and whose work information is scientifically secured.

Could Dionysus be a queer trans* deity? What if their companions simply do not conform to any norm and are not mad at all? Cat Jugravu's performance DIONYSOS. MADNESS POURS UPON MY LOVELY FACE invites us to reinterpret the myth as a manifesto for otherness and queerness. With the Maenads - the dissident entourage of Dyonisos - the audience tries to approach a life without the norm in ritual, dance and rave.

The Institute for Gender Equality & Gender Studies at the Mozarteum University Salzburg awards prizes for outstanding student theses and qualification projects that correspond to the following understanding of scientific/artistic engagement in the fields of gender & queer studies, advanced feminism, and/or diversity studies.

Jonas Baur, Master's student Applied Theatre invites all men (all bodies, queer-friendly, trans* inclusive) to come together to seek and find answers to what it can mean to make masculinity diverse and caring. The invitation is open to anyone who is curious, interested in sharing about gender roles, wants to see themselves as men in their own way, or wants to prevent discrimination.

Utopias to go on:A travelling parcours in the performative border area between procession, installation and intervention leads the audience of the summer scene into the public space. In this walk through the city, a possible constructive and feminist future for Salzburg is developed together.

Who owns the streets? Which streets and places do we need in Salzburg? And how can we get Salzburg moving in a playful way?

This year's Bella Musica tour promises an extraordinary highlight: for the first time, the original violin by W. A. Mozart will be presented in the city of Lucca on 28 August 2024 as part of the Bella Musica tour. This unique opportunity is made possible by a new collaboration with the Mozarteum Foundation.

Gertrud Fischbacher and her cooperation partner Marius Schebella (FH Salzburg) were awarded with the project "Nexus of Textile and Sound" at the annual funding program of the FWF for the development and opening up of the arts (PEEK)! They won the Research Competition Mozarteum (RCM) at the end of 2019, the PEEK application, which is based on intensive local cooperation with the FH Salzburg, is a further development of the RCM project.
