The International Summer Academy of the Mozarteum University starts anew and expands with ARCO - Art, Research and Creation Opus and the Summer Academy Baroque (in Siena). The program connects teachers, students and musicians from all over the world in Salzburg and establishes cultural connections across Europe.

The annual festival of the Institute for New Music and the Studio for Electronic Music of the Mozarteum University promotes international cooperation between composers and students of contemporary music from different countries. LIMINA develops opportunities and networks for young musicians.

Establishing and developing the profile of an ensemble is one of the most demanding and, at the same time, most appealing challenges in artistic development. Many globally successful ensembles were formed during their studies, laying the foundation for an international chamber music career. However, existing study programmes alone can only provide limited incentives and framework conditions for this. The ensemble scholarship is the answer to this: convincing project proposals receive financial support for a period of one year to realise specific artistic projects.
