As part of the Salzkammergut Capital of Culture 2024, the Lehár Theatre in Bad Ischl, in cooperation with the Mozarteum University and the Lehár Festival, will be the venue for a short operetta festival that aims to revive the operetta condemned by the National Socialists. The aim: short, topical, critical.

With the solidarity event "Woman_Life_Freedom" in the framework of "Practicing Care", the Mozarteum University wants to contribute to maintaining public attention on the criminal machinations and the "state-sanctioned killings" (according to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights) of the Iranian rulers. The ASEAN-European Academic University Network (ASEA-UNINET) was founded in 1994 and is currently made up of over 80 universities in around 20 countries. Pleasure Space is a tactile installation and theatrical play on sexuality education. Anna Szepes' master project in MA Applied Theatre aims to create safe and playful performative spaces for intergenerational exchange and creative knowledge production around sexuality. In Pleasure Space we use research, interviews, play design, writing, somatic exercises and sound to realise a correspondence between adults and teenagers that is now open to you.

There was a lot of discussion, ideas were developed and new networks were formed: the Spot On MozART Workshop Days 2022 took place on May 6 and 7 at the Zistelalm on the Gaisberg and were dedicated to the topics of innovation, visualization, research and the Spot On Moment based on Mozart's music.
