Opening hours:Monday to Friday10 a.m. to 12 p.m. From July to the beginning of September, the service point is closed. The collaborative greenhouse of the sculpture class combines botany and synthetics; in doing so, it aims to fuse natural processes such as growth with long-term toxic materials such as (micro/macro) plastic. In this work, the students address the theme of "nature:art" from a wide variety of perspectives. Thus, working groups have each focused on space, growth and object and united them in the common greenhouse.

Students of the sculpture class of the Department of Fine Arts & Design take a contemporary look at objects from the collection in a co-operation with the Salzburg Museum on the occasion of the anniversary "100 Years of the Folklore Museum in the Monatsschlössl".

Exhibition by Anna* Marina Ernst, Melina Harting, Mirjam Kämmerer, Sophia Kraus, Leonie Lindinger and Vanessa Veljković from the Department of Fine Arts & Design at the Mozarteum University Salzburg at the Salzburger Kunstverein.

The brass section of the Mozarteum University is starting the new year 2024 with a new ensemble! "Prima Vista" is the name of the inaugural concert of the large brass ensemble, which will be conducted by Patrik Hofer, Senior Lecturer in Trumpet at the Mozarteum since 2022.

Every year, the Mozarteum University honours students majoring in violin who have shown particular talent and achievement with the Paul Roczek Award, which is endowed with 10,000 euros. The winner of the Paul Roczek Award 2023 is Andreas Siles-Mellinger.

The guitar department of the Mozarteum University is starting spring 2024 with an extensive programme: students in the classes of Andrea De Vitis and Laura Young have the unique opportunity to showcase their talent at concerts in Italy, which are made possible as part of an Erasmus collaboration with the renowned Boccherini Conservatory in Lucca (Tuscany).
