Andreas Weber studied piano at the Musikhochschule in Cologne and at the Mozarteum Salzburg. Intensive concert activity as a soloist and chamber musician has taken him throughout Europe and Asia, including with the Trio Cartellieri and in duo with the violinist Albert Fischer. He has held numerous master classes at music universities in Seoul and Gwangju, Korea and at the National Academy of Music in Hanoi, in Shenzhen and Guangzhou, as well as in Belgium. Since 2002, Andreas Weber has taught piano at the Mozarteum University, and since 2005 he has been director of the Leopold Mozart Institute, promoting young talents in their artistic development as well as through concert activities on an international level.
