Lisa Wieder is a visual artist, art educator and senior artist at the Mozarteum University. She is interested in artistic processes and their role in society, processes of (re)learning, experimentation and exchange. Since 2020 she teaches in the field of graphic arts at the Innsbruck location.
Lisa Wieder (*1989) studied visual arts with a focus on painting and graphics in Linz as well as visual arts education and history in Salzburg. Wieder is a founding member of EDITION: Association for contemporary art and culture in Linz and the artist group Bockstuhlplatte. Stays abroad, projects and scholarships have taken her to Vienna, Trieste, Pula, Budapest and Red Wing, Minnesota, among other places. In 2015, 2018 and 2019 she worked as a co-teacher at the International Summer Academy in Salzburg. Since 2020 she has been teaching as a senior artist in the field of graphics at the Mozarteum University, Innsbruck location.
