Since 2016/17, the Mozarteum University has awarded a "Prize for an Outstanding Master's Thesis". This accolade is bestowed upon graduates who have produced a thesis which explores and presents their chosen topic in an innovative, original or unusual way.
The prizewinners and their theses for 2024/25 are:

Awards for excellent master theses 2020/2021 Since the academic year 2016/2017, the Mozarteum University has been awarding the "Prize for excellent master theses". This award recognizes outstanding theses of graduates who dedicate themselves to their chosen topics in an innovative, original, unusual or particularly sustainable way.
