Masks can be grotesque, sacred, beautiful, terrifying, frightening. They show and conceal at the same time. Masks offer the opportunity to question one's own identity and allow a change of role. Masks have two sides. They oscillate between the inside and the outside.

There's no party like MOZ-Party: a fusion of pop, jazz, indie, folk music, street and the finest big band sound - this year's line-up includes the Salzburg band Flirtmachine! The festival opens with a festive followed by the unmistakable sounds of the MOZ Marching Band.

Study concerts (or "class evenings") are concerts in which students of the Mozarteum University perform on stage. They are either organised as part of courses or by the respective departments - and can be experienced with free admission.
