The designer Alexa Blum deals intensively with the subject of color and its effect. After studying fashion and textile design, she worked in the carpet industry for several years. With a degree in Corporate Design Management, she founded a design office in Langenthal in 2005.

For 29 years now, prima la musica has been offering all music-loving children and young people the opportunity to showcase their talent and skills in the competition.

The Italian composer Luigi Nono (1924-1990) was one of the most influential representatives of the post-war avant-garde. He would have celebrated his 100th birthday this year - a good occasion to perform a selection of his most important works together with those of two of his closest friends.

New works on James Choice will be presented in collaboration with the Literaturhaus Salzburg and the Salzburg Society for Music. The programme includes the world premiere of "Ulysses" by Nicole Younes, based on the comic by Nicolaus Mahler.

With singing, speech, instrumental music and dance, students from the Orff Institute at Salzburg City Hall set the light-flooded atrium with its spectacular spiral staircase in motion.
