In Brilliant Brutal, students of [Bildnerische] Innsbruck show works from their artistic creative processes with individual and collaborative concepts from painting, graphics, media and installation art.

"Research Reviews" is a series of events organised by the PhD in the Arts programme at the Mozarteum University. Doctoral students and invited guests present their research projects and present them to a wider public for debate.

The Concorso Hindemith / Mainardi for viola and violoncello takes place every two years at the Mozarteum University. The competition is aimed at students of the Department of String & Plucked Instruments.

A new ensemble for contemporary music will be created at the Mozarteum University in the summer semester of 2024. The ensemble's programme will focus on world premieres by students from the composition classes.
