Since October 2019, Spot On MozART has been dedicated to the visual exploration of listening and thus to a new understanding of the music of Wolfgang Amadé Mozart. At the end of the project in autumn 2023, the Mozarteum University will present a retrospective of all implemented art and research projects in a comprehensive publication.

The rediscovery and revival of (choral) works of the Baroque are matters close to the heart of Jörn Hinnerk Andresen, who has been Professor of Choral Conducting at the Mozarteum University since fall 2019.

Cycles, Seasons, Sounds of the Future: November sees the second staging on the interdisciplinary ORA – Original Sound Festival at the Mozarteum University Salzburg.

"This world is no longer white and never will be," the U.S. writer James Baldwin stated in his 1953 essay Stranger in the Village. Baldwin's prophetic sentence stands for a decisive critique of white Western thinking and at the same time for a call for universal humanism.

Co-CreART is a four-year project of the Mozarteum University Salzburg, which is funded by the Climate and Energy Fund and was honoured with the Sustainability Award in Gold in November 2024.
