Ellen Braslavsky is a pianist and music educator. She has performed as a concert pianist and worked as a chamber musician in North and South America, Europe, Japan, and Korea. With cellist Jeremy Findlay and violinist Nurit Pacht, she founded the Flatiron Trio in Krakow in 1995, which is particularly dedicated to music education. With Risa Schuchter, Bernhard Krabatsch, and Findlay, she has formed Ensemble Salzburg since 2005, which performs a repertoire ranging from classical to contemporary music. In addition to Mozarteum University, she taught at the Juilliard School and Mannes College of Music and is presently on the faculty of Virtuoso Academy in NY.
