Stefan Weiermann heads the Department of Quality Management and Development Planning at the Mozarteum University Salzburg. The department coordinates and supports the university’s strategic planning processes, including development plans, performance and target agreements and intellectual capital reporting. It is also responsible for the overall coordination of quality management, including evaluation procedures and certification processes. In this role, the department serves as an important interface between the university and the Federal Ministry for Women, Science and Research (BMFWF).
