Kathrin Parson
MA
Evaluation & monitoring, service agreement⋅Quality management & development planning
Kathrin Parson approaches quality management from a sociological perspective, with an eye for structures, cultures and dynamics in organisations. Her expertise is based on many years of experience in a university context and is complemented by positions in non-university innovation research. She is particularly interested in an integrative methodological approach that combines quantitative and qualitative methods (such as questionnaire surveys, group discussions, etc.) to enable well-founded, holistic evaluations. In her teaching at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences, she passes on her sociological expertise and methodological approach to students.
