Désirée Wilke

Désirée Wilke has worked in the Department of Quality Management and Development Planning at the Mozarteum University Salzburg since 2020, where she contributes a cultural sociological perspective to areas such as development planning and the design of quality management processes. In 2023, she completed her doctorate with distinction with a dissertation on collaboration in contemporary music ensembles. She also has many years of university teaching experience as a specialist in qualitative methods and is passionate about making music in choirs and ensembles.
