Stephan Guggenberger
Stephan Guggenberger is an experienced specialist in property and facility management. He completed his education at the HTBLVA Villach, specialising in interior design and wood technologies, before studying history and art history at the University of Salzburg. His professional career began in 2001 at Reiter Immobilien (ÖRAG West) and continued through positions at GSWB and the Bundesimmobiliengesellschaft (BIG). From 2012 to 2018, he was responsible at BIG for the property management of several university buildings, including those of the Mozarteum University Salzburg and the University of Salzburg. He currently serves as Head of Facilities and Technical Services at the Mozarteum University Salzburg.
From 2018 to September 2023, he held the position of commercial team leader in the OFM Upper Austria team. In addition to his extensive practical experience, he completed vocational training as a state-certified property trustee.
With his passion for facility management, he wants to support the Mozarteum University in its aspiration to be a place of artistic encounters and challenges.
