Maria Herz joined the research management team at the Mozarteum University in 2019. She studied art history at the University of Vienna, and also completed the diploma course in Foreign Languages and Business Academy in Salzburg. After graduation, she worked in the art auction department at the Dorotheum in Munich and Vienna. Since 2011 she has been working freelance as an art mediator and coordinator for mediation projects at the Residenzgalerie and since 2014 at the DomQuartier Salzburg.
