Magdalena Elisabeth Croll

Magdalena Elisabeth Croll studied musicology at the University of Vienna before moving into practical work in the cultural sector, gaining experience in artistic operations, PR, and ticketing at festivals and institutions such as the Salzburg Festival, the Carinthian Summer Music Festival, Winterfest Salzburg, and the Odeïon Kulturforum Salzburg. She subsequently spent nearly a decade (2014–2023) as event manager and assistant to the artistic director at Theater ecce in Salzburg, focusing on production management and artistic coordination. Since 2023, she has worked at the Opera Department of the Mozarteum University. In 2025, she expanded her work into project management, PR, and development for the newly founded ARCOENSEMBLE.
