Ji-Hye Jung

Ji-Hye Jung has already performed as a soloist with the Camerata Salzburg under the direction of Dennis Russell Davies, in the Berlin Philharmonie with the Ewha Chamber Orchestra and musicians* of the Deutsche Oper Berlin as well as at the closing concert of the international music festival "Young Classic Europe" in Passau, in the Donauforum Linz, in the Seoul Arts Center and Sejong Arts Center in Seoul. She has given numerous solo recitals in Italy, Austria, Korea and Germany. Since 2019, she has been a lecturer for piano at the Mozarteum University.
Ji-Hye Jung received her piano training at Sunhwa Art Middle School, Seoul Art High School and completed her bachelor's degree at Ewha Womans University in Seoul. She studied with Andreas Weber at the Mozarteum University, completed her master’s degree with distinction in 2009 and the postgraduate course in 2011. She received further musical inspiration from Sergei Dorensky, Andrzej Jasinski, Robert Levin, Gilead Mishory and Angela Hewitt.
