Franziska Wallner is a classical clarinetist and project manager. She heads the Institute for Coaching & Career at the University Mozarteum Salzburg, teaches self-management, supervises the KinderUNI area and is project manager for the Spot On MozART project. In one-on-one sessions, she offers students individual counseling to support them in dealing with challenging situations.

Franziska Wallner completed her concert studies in clarinet at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg, taught for several years as an instrumental teacher and played as a clarinetist in various orchestral and opera productions as well as in her own ensembles at festivals, concerts, film and media productions.

In addition to her musical activities, she obtained a certification in project management, heads the Institute for Coaching & Career and, within this framework, the Career Center of the University Mozarteum Salzburg and supervises the areas of KinderUni and Uni 55+. Since 2020 she has been working as a project manager for the interdisciplinary and inter-university project Spot On MozART. In 2022 she completed her part-time training as a psychological counselor and has been offering counseling sessions for students ever since.
