Call for networking: The City of Salzburg would like to promote cooperation between artists, cultural actors, scientists and entrepreneurs in the urban area of Salzburg, strengthen local networks and facilitate innovative and sustainable associations. Projects are supported that are developed and implemented at the interfaces of art, science and business. "Out of the box" also aims to involve local residents and network local actors.

In this year's first implementation cycle, the focus is on the districts of Riedenburg and Maxglan. The projects can be designed for outdoor and/or indoor use and range from installations, district festivals and installations to audio walks. Collaborations of at least two people from the fields of art, science or business are funded. Submissions are open to people who have their center of life in the city of Salzburg and can demonstrate this through their curriculum vitae. When putting together the teams, care should be taken to ensure that the diverse urban society is taken into account and that at least two of the areas of art, science and business are covered by the experience of the submitters.
Acceptances/rejections will be announced by mid-May 2023.
