First, a lecture will outline the basics of the theory of protection concepts and violence prevention with a special focus on the protection of minors in order to be able to set up a structural framework for the development and implementation of a protection concept specifically for the university. Afterwards, in a workshop, we will jointly look at the development process of a protection concept and address the questions of how to establish a culture of violence prevention and the protection of persons in dependency in an organisation illuminating the specific situation of an art school.
