Service point
During the semester, our staff is available at the service point for consultations and administrative services.
You will find us on the ground floor of the Mozarteum'smain building (Mirabellplatz 1).
Opening hours:
Monday to Friday
10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
From July to the beginning of September, the service point is closed. During this time, you can meet us in our offices (Makartplatz 5, 3rd floor) by appointment.

Field of responsibility
The Course and Examination Management is primarily responsible for:
- Information and counselling for students and prospective students
- Processing and contact point for the artistic entrance examinations
- Admission/registration of domestic and foreign applicants for regular, non-regular and ERASMUS programmes
- Change of studies, co-enrolment, deregistration and resumption of studies, change of lecturers
- Student ID card (first issue and duplicates in case of loss or theft)
- Issuing confirmations
- Examination management for students of teacher training
- Issuing graduation certificates and notifications
- Academic ceremonies: graduations and doctorates
- Waiving and refunding of tuition fees
- Application for scholarships
- Counselling and admission to the university entrance authorisation examination
- Nostrification of foreign studies and academic degrees
- Counselling at study information fairs
- Advice on study-related legal matters
- changes to student master data
- MOZonline maintenance
- Curriculum modeling
- Maintenance of the archive of student files
- supervision of doctoral/PhD students
