Gunnar Fras

Gunnar Fras teaches percussion at Mozarteum University Salzburg (Innsbruck campus) and has been Professor of Percussion at the Tyrolean State Conservatory since 1998. Alongside his university teaching, he is active in music teacher education and professional development, working with the Tyrolean State Music School Association and the Salzburg and Lower Austrian Wind Music Associations. In addition to his extensive orchestral career, he regularly serves as a juror for competitions including prima la musica and Musik in kleinen Gruppen.
