12 prize winners at the Mozarteum International Summer Academy Under the artistic direction of Hannfried Lucke, four intensive weeks came to an end on Saturday, featuring 57 masterclasses in 13 subjects, Young Excellence classes and numerous additional offerings on health and professional qualification for musicians. ars docendi 2025 state prize for teaching excellence bernhard gwiggner The artist and art pedagogue Ao. Univ.-Prof. MMag. Bernhard Gwiggner has been awarded the 2025 Ars Docendi prize for teaching excellence by the Austrian state. The interdisciplinary cooperation "tradition2go: zwischen kultur und wahnsinn" ("between culture and madness") was a collaboration during the 2023/34 academic year between the Sculpture Class at the Mozarteum University and the Salzburg Museum. The project went hand in hand with the exhibition "Masks, Traditional Costumes, Cult Objects - 100 Years of Folk Culture" at the Salzburger Monatsschlössl Hellbrunn.News -

A shower of prizes for the final year drama class for Jelinek's ‘The Silent Girl’ At the national competition for German-speaking drama students in Frankfurt, the final year of the Thomas Bernhard Institute at the Mozarteum University won several prizes for its production of Elfriede Jelinek's "The Silent Girl". In addition to the Swiss Ensemble Prize and the Audience Prize/Students' Prize, we are delighted to have won two solo prizes for Payam Yazdani and Joyce Mayne Sanhá.News -
