Intensive one-week master classes with 53 renowned, top-class artists and teachers from the Mozarteum University and the international music industry, numerous public concerts and a colorful supporting program: from July 17 to August 12, the International Summer Academy will once again open its doors. Where art and design meet education: the Department of Fine Arts & Design at the Mozarteum University Salzburg offers students an inspiring environment in which artistic and design practice, theory and teaching are combined. On 18 and 19 March, the department opens its doors to all interested parties at the Open House.

Great success for the Mozarteum University: The FWF (Austrian Science Fund) is funding the project ‘Aesthetic judgement in community’ by Iris Laner with 485,430 euros. The International Summer Academy of the Mozarteum University starts anew and expands with ARCO - Art, Research and Creation Opus and the Summer Academy Baroque (in Siena). The program connects teachers, students and musicians from all over the world in Salzburg and establishes cultural connections across Europe.
