Feldenkrais Practitioner (Focus: Feldenkrais for Musicians)

After four intensive weeks with 520 participants from 51 nations, 51 master classes and 16 additional courses with a focus on musicians' health as well as around 60 public events, the International Summer Academy 2023 came to an end last week with much positive feedback. Twelve young artists were also awarded prizes of 1,000 euros each, sponsored by the Cultural Fund of the City of Salzburg.

The KinderUNI Salzburg returns this year during the summer holidays and is organised by the PLUS together with the University Mozarteum Salzburg for 8 to 12 year olds under the motto "Marveling together" various formats.

The winners of the excellent master theses 2021/2022 are Patric Pletzenauer, Franziska Schneider, Tamara Obermayr and Friederike Klek - congratulations!

In autumn 2024, bass-baritone Lisandro Abadie, actress Hanna Binder, conductor Christiane Büttig, visual artist Annette Fauvel, guitarists Giuseppe Feola and Bozhana Pavlova, cultural and media scientist Paul Feigelfeld, composer Laure M. Hiendl, pianist Lei Meng, soprano Allison Oakes and violist German Tcakulov will take up their positions as university professors at the Mozarteum University. We are looking forward to the collaboration!
