Albert Osterhammer
Albert Osterhammer received his first clarinet lessons at the Grassau Music School, where he later taught. In 1992, he began his first engagement at the Frankfurt Opera as bass clarinetist. In the same capacity, he has been a sought-after chamber music partner with the Munich Philharmonic since 1995 and gives a large number of chamber concerts. Albert Osterhammer teaches at the Mozarteum University and in the Orchestra Academy of the Munich Philharmonic. In addition to his orchestral and teaching activities, he is involved in promoting the musical youth of his hometown of Bernau am Chiemsee and conducts the local wind orchestra.
