The Institute for Gender Equality & Gender Studies oversees the announcement and awarding of prizes for theses and qualification projects, funding for artistic / scientific projects, and guest lectures or workshops in the fields of Gender & Queer Studies and Diversity Studies.
The Institute for Gender Equality & Gender Studies currently offers teachers at the University Mozarteum Salzburg the opportunity to expand their own courses through lectures, workshops or presentations by external experts on gender- and diversity-sensitive, normativity-critical, intersectional and/or violence-preventive content.
Grants of up to Euro 500,- are awarded to students of all fields of study whose innovative plans or projects correspond to the understanding of a scientific/artistic examination in the fields of Gender & Queer Studies, Advanced Feminism as well as Diversity Studies.
The GenDivers Prize awards prizes for outstanding student theses and qualification projects.
Publications by all members of the Mozarteum University, especially by young scholars and young artists, are supported with grants for printing and publication costs.
