Human Resources Development
The human resources development of the University Mozarteum pursues, among other things, the goals of expanding knowledge through lifelong learning, adherence to strategic goals and objectives from the development plan, and staff retention and motivation. The annual staff development programme offers a wide range of opportunities and is open to all members of the university.
The personnel development programme and the further education courses organised by the Personnel Development Department are aimed at all employees who are in a valid employment relationship with the University Mozarteum Salzburg. Human Resources Development supports new employees with information offers, accompanies all employees, teachers and researchers of the University Mozarteum in their university working life, supports managers and also offers offers for the interested public.
Events are organised in cooperation with the programme area (Inter-)Mediation. Music - Mediation - Context at the Inter-University Institution Science & Art.
