Stephan Guggenberger
Stephan Guggenberger is an experienced specialist in property and facility management. He graduated from the HTBLVA Villach, specialising in interior design and wood technologies, before successfully completing his studies in history and art history at the PLUS. His professional career began in 2001 at Reiter Immobilien (ÖRAG West) and led him via positions at GSWB to Bundesimmobiliengesellschaft (BIG). He worked there as a property and cluster manager from 2012 to 2018, where he was responsible for managing the Mozarteum University and the PLUS.
From 2018 to September 2023, he held the position of commercial team leader in the OFM Upper Austria team. In addition to his extensive practical experience, he completed vocational training as a state-certified property trustee.
With his passion for facility management, he wants to support the Mozarteum University in its aspiration to be a place of artistic encounters and challenges.
