Registration until 14 June: How does one actually become an actor? How does an acting class work? Interested actors can try it out for themselves for a week during the summer holidays when the Thomas Bernhard Institute opens the doors of the university wide and sets the stage for the summer camp.

9-14 July 2023

Target group
16-20 year olds | 20 places | first come, first served

Registration deadline
14 June 2023

Lecturers from the drama programme immerse themselves in the world of theatre with the participants. In workshops, they provide very different insights into the everyday life of an acting course. Sometimes improvisation, small scenes, sometimes speaking, voice or singing, sometimes body or dance, sometimes music are on the "timetable".

A colourful additional programme ensures that those interested not only get to know the university but also Salzburg a little better - in summer, when the city shows its most beautiful side. Of course, fun is not neglected either.

It doesn't matter whether participants already have theatre club experience or want to gather their first inputs and inspirations here: The only prerequisite is an enthusiasm for theatre.

So: On stage, in character, #act!
