Internal Audit Department
Internal Audit reports directly to the Vice Rector for Resources and is the first point of contact for the Rectorate. Internal Audit reports on assigned projects and conducts company-wide audits in addition to weakness analyses.
The core tasks of the staff unit include the evaluation and optimisation of business processes as well as the further development of the internal control and risk management system of the University Mozarteum Salzburg. The definition, introduction and implementation of methods and standards also play an important role. The internal audit department primarily assumes an advisory and support function in this regard.
