Staff Management⋅Personnel project development
Robert Holzner supports the university management in the staff position Personnel Project Development (PPE) in ensuring sustainable integrated personnel management in the strategic areas of personnel planning, recruitment and selection as well as personnel development. The scope of duties includes the development, participatory implementation, evaluation and adaptation as well as documentation of corresponding strategies on behalf of the rectorate with the involvement of the relevant university bodies, academic functionaries and interest groups.
