Elisabeth Eder - harpist, soprano and music pedagogue - is university assistant for instrumental and vocal pedagogy and lecturer for voice with focus on group voice education (music pedagogy). She completed eight studies (all with distinction) and two university courses at four different universities in Austria and Great Britain. She received her doctorate sub auspiciis and the Award of Excellence (state prize) for the best dissertations in Austria for her dissertation.

Born in Salzburg, Elisabeth Eder enjoyed her artistic, pedagogical, scientific and musicological education (concert subject and IGP studies, teaching post, music physiology, university didactics) at the Mozarteum University, the Paris Lodron University Salzburg, the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London (eight degrees with distinction, two university courses). Artistically, she proves her versatility as a soloist, in chamber music, with various orchestras and choirs at national and international level in various genres (from classical to folk music to jazz/pop). Her main research areas at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg are memorization in music and instrumental and vocal group lessons.
