Frank Streichfuss studied speech and speech education at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Stuttgart with Ulrike Maier-Hillenbrand and Onno Grohmann. He regularly takes part in workshops and training courses, especially in the field of gestural speaking, voice work according to Kristin Linklater and voice training according to Jurij Vasiljev. His previous teaching experience has taken him to various institutions in Germany, including to the University of Music and Performing Arts Frankfurt am Main and the Musikhochschule Karlsruhe. Since 2015 he has been a lecturer in speech teducation at the Mozarteum University Salzburg. In addition to his work as a speaker educator, he is regularly does readings and artistic speech programs, e.g. at the old theater in Stuttgart, at the Ludwigsburg Castle Festival, in the Liederhalle Stuttgart, at the Wilhelma Theater Stuttgart, at the Small Theater Kammerspiele Landshut and at the Binger master concerts. He is a founding member of the Ensemble Lautwärts, which has been listening to literary-musical stage programs since 2013. He is also active as a spokesman for various productions and broadcasters, such as ARTE, ARD, SWR, and PHOENIX.
