Dario Zingales studiert at the Mozarteum University Salzburg with Alois Brandhofer and he completed his Master's degree at with honors.

He is one of the founders of the clarinet quartet "Fusion Clarinet Quartet" with which he won the "Ferrero" award for wind ensembles in 2005. Zingales got an invitation to play for the Società del Quartetto and in September 2007, he was a participant at the international MITO Festival. He gained orchestral experience in the Milano Classica Orchestra. He got an invitation to play for the Luigi Cherubini Orchestra under the baton of Riccardo Muti. DArio Zingales also worked with André Previn, Gerd Albrecht and Dennis Russell Davies. From August 2009 to September 2012, Zingales played as a principal clarinet for the Philharmonie der Nationen conducted by Justus Frantz (trips to America, Belgium, Germany, France, Greece, Italy, Austria, Spain, Switzerland, and Russia).

As a soloist with the Symphony Orchestra of the Mozarteum University, Zingales played the "Sinfonia Concertante" KV297b and the Clarinet Concerto by Mozart. In December 2011 he has played in Linz with great success the Clarinet Concerto from Mozart under the direction of Josef Wallnig. Zingales is a permanent member of Bläserphilharmonie Mozarteum, he allready recorded many CDs. As chamber music player he performed with Lukas Hagen, Pierre Amoyal, Thomas Riebl, Peter Lang, Jacques Rouvier and Hansjörg Angerer.

From 2012 to 2017 he had been Assistant of the Prof. Alois Brandhofer at Mozarteum University (Salzburg). Since October 2015 he has being assistant of the Prof. Wenzel Fuchs at the same University.
