Angelika Holzer, born in 1980, studied „Elementary Music and Dance Education“ at the Carl Orff Institute – University Mozarteum Salzburg with a focus on „Music and Dance in Social Work and Integrative Education” and at the University of Granada (Spain). In 2004 she completed the DanceAbility Teacherstraining in Oregon (USA) with Alito Alessi. She wrote her Master's thesis about DanceAbility: “DanceAbility – Methode und Philosophie des inklusiven tanzpädagogischen Ansatzes”.

First working as educator in day homes and early education practice with children aged one until fourteen (1999-2004) Musictherapist for people with disabilities (2009/10). Since 2010 teaching Music and Dance at the University of Teacher Education Styria and at JJ. Fux Conservatory in Graz. Since 2015 teaching at the KunstUniGraz (Movement and Dance) and at the University Mozarteum Salzburg (University course “Music and Dance in Social Work and Integrative Education“). Lectures and holds workshops on topics of integrated music and dance education. Involved in various art projects with music, dance and singing.
