Rector's office
Simone Seymer takes care of all organizational matters of the rector, especially appointment requests and administrative processes. As a passionate listener and viewer with great sympathy for artistic personalities and a professional background in the independent art and culture scene, she is particularly concerned with creating a professional working and educational environment for artists*.

After studying dance and theater studies in Bern (CH) and an Erasmus year in Vienna, Simone Seymer worked for the Festspielhaus St. Pölten and the Landestheater Niederösterreich in cultural management with a focus on cultural and theater mediation. In 2010 she moved to Salzburg, where she completed her master's degree in cultural management (distance learning at the Institute for Culture and Media Management, HfbK Hamburg) in addition to positions in education management (FH Salzburg, design and product management) and in the independent cultural scene (including the cultural association SUDHAUS Hallein). and took the advanced course “curating in the scenic arts” at the Paris Lodron University in Salzburg, which enabled me to get to know and work with exciting personalities from the international cultural scene. Simone Seymer grew up in Breisgau (D). She lives with her family in Salzburg.
