Maria Dorner-Hofmann
Maria Dorner-Hofmann studied recorder at the Mozarteum University with Irmgard Maria Tutschek, Carin van Heerden and Dorothee Oberlinger as well as piano pedagogy with Klaus Kaufmann. Her education was complemented by numerous master classes with Han Tol, Matthias Weilenmann and others. She performs with various ensembles, her solo programs with early and new music are characterized by rich contrasts and unusual performance. Maria Dorner-Hofmann teaches privately in Eggenfelden and has been a lecturer for recorder and didactics/teaching practice recorder at the Mozarteum University since 2007.
