A common thread of environmental pollution, sexism, and world-weariness runs through the Body of Water exhibition. The work "This Body of Water isn't mine" uniquely integrates the artistic meaning and the specific location of the exhibition. Through the iridescent play of color, light and movement, the painted aquarium front creates a constantly changing visual scenario on the theme of microplastics and water as a life resource. The work is part of a project through cooperation between artist Teresa Walentich, ecology students Fabian Royer and Luise Stöckel, and the Innsbruck Zoo School. On October 8, the Artist Talk with the artist will provide further insights.
