Peter Holzinger is a fashion designer with international professional experience and specialization in business and personnel management, pattern making, production and knowledge of various materials, textile techniques and their execution.
After graduating in Fashion Design under the guidance of Raf Simons at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, Peter Holzinger gained his first professional experience at Stephan Schneider in Antwerp and Wendy & Jim in Vienna. Since 2005 he has been working as a designer for his own fashion label superated. In addition, he was responsible for the management and purchasing of the Saturday Shop at Margaretenstr. 46 in Vienna from 2010 to 2022.
In 2009 Peter Holzinger started his teaching activity under the direction of Veronique Branquinho for the fashion class of the University of Applied Arts in Vienna in the field of knitwear design. In the following years he has continued the activity as a lecturer at the University Mozarteum Salzburg and Art University Linz, in the departments of Design: Technology Textile. Since 2021 Peter Holzinger is responsible for the Material Lab as Univ. Assistant in the field of study Fashion & Technology, University of Art and Industrial Design in Linz.
